UBE Marketing launches to support B2B clients in Microsoft sector

Thu, 4th Sep 2025

Alvin Paronda, former Marketing Director, has established UBE Marketing, a new marketing agency aimed at serving B2B businesses and partners within the Microsoft ecosystem.

According to Paronda, UBE Marketing's purpose is to provide support tailored to both technology partners and B2B clients, with a focus on delivering marketing strategies alongside guidance for organisations working within and outside Microsoft's partner network.

Agency focus

UBE stands for Unified Brand and Events, encapsulating the agency's approach to delivering cohesive marketing support. The agency's launch follows Paronda's outgoing move from a corporate marketing director role to entrepreneurship, leveraging experience accrued from previous positions at Marketo/Adobe, Oracle, and Microsoft.

"UBE Marketing is here to empower the underdogs and elevate the giants. We understand the challenges small partners face with limited budgets, and we know how larger organisations can create presence, stand out, and utilise MDF. Our goal is to become the trusted extension of your marketing team, whether onshore or offshore," said Alvin Paronda, CEO & Founder of UBE Marketing.

The agency aims to support a range of client profiles, including systems integrators, independent software vendors, and consulting companies. In addition to established Microsoft partners within its investment group's portfolio, UBE Marketing has also started advising external B2B clients such as TribalApp - a dating app - and Lungs for the Future, an initiative supporting lung cancer research. Paronda notes that four additional clients are scheduled to come onboard in the near future.

Expertise and approach

Paronda's background includes achievements such as partner awards, development of case studies, and managing events in collaboration with various Microsoft partners. This industry experience and a professional network cultivated within the SaaS channel underpin the agency's offering. The agency is positioned to help clients interpret and navigate the Microsoft ecosystem.

The company leverages a hybrid team structure with personnel in both Australia and the Philippines. Its services include lead generation, marketing automation, website development, public relations, event management, digital strategy, and partner marketing. According to the company, these offerings are intended to be scalable to address a spectrum of business needs.

UBE Marketing offers a twelve-month engagement model, which Paronda describes as reflecting a belief that brand trust develops through extended experience and consistent delivery for clients.

Plans for growth

Having started by serving internal portfolio companies, UBE Marketing not only provides expertise to businesses linked to its founding group but also sees future opportunities within the broader Microsoft partner network and general B2B sector according to Paronda.

The new agency is also working with organisations that fall outside direct Microsoft partnerships, indicating a broader remit in sectors such as consumer-facing applications and non-profit research initiatives.

Paronda commented in direct communication that the transition from corporate employment to founding an agency comes with a "clear vision to help Microsoft partners better engage with large enterprises like Microsoft itself." He said, "I'm starting to help within our own portfolio companies, and over time I plan to expand across the broader channel community."

Beyond its initial engagements, UBE Marketing's business model is based on fostering long-term relationships with clients and supporting their growth within complex digital and partnership ecosystems.
