Progress, an infrastructure software provider, has announced the addition of new and powerful AI capabilities and enhancements to the latest version of Progress Sitefinity. These advancements will further support marketers to hasten the delivery of personalised and impactful digital experiences.
These developments build, upon the existing AI support within the platform, and include features such as AI Propensity Scoring for Conversions and AI-Assisted Content Classification. Specifically, the Progress Sitefinity Insight's customer data platform (CDP) can now automatically identify high, medium, and low segments for each conversion. This will aid teams in refining audience segmentation and activate users with a high likelihood to convert via targeted messaging and campaigns.
Furthermore, the new AI tools integrated with the rich text editor and available for static content types, dynamic modules and media items will provide AI suggestions for classification. Built upon existing taxonomy, this tool can help enhance content performance by increasing discoverability, reusability and relevance. Additionally, upgrades in page editing experience, with the inclusion of the exposed widget toolbox embedded in the new page editor, promise to enhance page editing and accelerate publishing.
