Raen Lim appointed Managing Director for Asia Pacific & Japan

Qualtrics has appointed Raen Lim as Managing Director for Asia Pacific and Japan.

Raen Lim brings over twenty years of industry experience to her new role at Qualtrics, where she will lead operations across Asia Pacific and Japan to support regional growth and the expanding adoption of Qualtrics' AI solutions among customers.

Prior to joining Qualtrics, Lim served as Group Vice President for Asia at Splunk. Her career also includes senior leadership positions at Oracle, Salesforce, and Symantec. In her new capacity, Lim will oversee Qualtrics' teams in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Southeast Asia, Korea, India, and Greater China.

Regional focus

Qualtrics continues to establish its presence in the region, collaborating with clients like Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Singapore Airlines, and Intrepid Travel. Lim's appointment comes as the company experiences an increase in demand for its AI-driven Experience Management solutions.

Qualtrics reports that more than one third of its customer base has upgraded to AI capabilities in the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform. In addition, 90% of the company's top 50 enterprise accounts have adopted at least one of the AI-powered innovations, and the number of monthly active customers of Qualtrics AI solutions has grown by 346% over the past twelve months. This expansion has contributed to a significant increase in the volume of experience data managed on the platform, which is cited as benefiting all customers.

Speaking about her new role and the direction for Qualtrics in the region, Raen Lim said:

Strategic acquisitions

The recent USD $6.75 billion acquisition of Press Ganey Forsta by Qualtrics is expected to further advance the adoption and effectiveness of Qualtrics' technology for businesses, particularly by combining Qualtrics' software with Press Ganey Forsta's data, benchmarking, and healthcare expertise.

Qualtrics continues to develop its services to meet the specific needs of businesses in the Asia Pacific and Japan region, focusing on ways for organisations to use AI-powered insights to inform decision-making and improve both customer and employee experiences at scale.
