Oracle NetSuite unveils AI-centric NetSuite Next in UAE

Tue, 10th Feb 2026

Oracle NetSuite has announced NetSuite Next for customers in the UAE, outlining a new product direction that puts artificial intelligence at the centre of the suite.

NetSuite Next will add embedded conversational tools, agent-led workflows and natural language search across NetSuite data. Customers will be able to move to the new experience without migrating data or removing existing customisations.

NetSuite positioned the update as part of broader changes aimed at improving automation, insights and compliance for organisations using its cloud-based enterprise resource planning software in the UAE.

"NetSuite Next is designed to transform how AI works for business and will provide a collaborative, insightful, adaptive, and AI-centric user experience for customers in the UAE," said Nicky Tozer, Senior Vice President, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Oracle NetSuite. "With the latest AI innovations built in, NetSuite Next delivers powerful insights and the ability to autonomously handle both repetitive and complex tasks. By grounding each insight and action in data, which in turn are governed by a user's existing roles, permissions, and policies, NetSuite Next will enable customers in the UAE to intuitively engage with AI and achieve immediate value," said Tozer.

Ask Oracle

A central element of NetSuite Next is a natural language assistant called Ask Oracle. NetSuite described it as a way for users to search, navigate, analyse and take actions across their NetSuite data using everyday language.

Ask Oracle provides context-aware answers and visualisations inside the product. It also offers reasoning that explains "the 'how' and 'why' behind every response", according to NetSuite.

The assistant also works across customisations and extensions built on the SuiteCloud Platform, including partner applications distributed through the SuiteCloud Developer Network. NetSuite said this will provide a consistent experience across the suite and more contextual insights.

Interface changes

Customers will be able to switch to NetSuite Next "with the press of a button", without migration or disruption to existing customisations.

The software runs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and uses a unified data model, according to NetSuite. The company also highlighted "explainable, auditable AI" and the Redwood Design System as part of the foundation for NetSuite Next.

NetSuite said the approach keeps insights and actions grounded in customer data and existing access controls, while enabling the system to understand user roles and context. It added that users will retain control while the software handles tasks.

New features

NetSuite Next includes a feature called AI Canvas, described as a visual workspace embedded in the product. Teams can use it to analyse problems, brainstorm solutions and trigger agentic workflows.

Another feature is narrative summaries and insights across record forms, reports and other pages. NetSuite said these automated explanations will surface correlations and trends from its unified data model, helping users identify opportunities and risks earlier.

NetSuite also outlined agentic workflows for more complex work, covering tasks such as payment proposals, vendor selection, reconciliations and supply chain operations. Users can approve key decisions or allow agents to act autonomously, the company said.

Document and knowledge integration is also part of the NetSuite Next roadmap. NetSuite said large language models will extract and validate information from sources including invoices, contracts, receipts and policy manuals. This is intended to reduce manual work and improve the accuracy of insights by enabling NetSuite to read and act on information held in documents.

UAE updates

Alongside NetSuite Next, NetSuite introduced product updates that it said are available now for customers in the UAE, including AI Connector Service, Exception Management, E-Invoicing and Subscription Metrics.

The NetSuite AI Connector Service is designed to connect NetSuite with external AI assistants and agent platforms. NetSuite said it uses open standards, including the Model Context Protocol, and lets organisations select AI models, define what data models can access and set governance rules for how models interact with NetSuite.

NetSuite Exception Management focuses on automated detection and management of exceptions across finance and operational data. NetSuite said it will provide actionable insights, with a focus on resolving issues ahead of period close and improving operational efficiency.

NetSuite E-Invoicing is positioned around electronic invoicing and tax data exchange through tax authority platforms and exchange networks from within NetSuite. NetSuite said the product supports compliance with the UAE Federal Tax Authority's mandated e-invoicing framework, referencing a pilot phase and a wider intended mandate tied to the UAE timetable.

NetSuite Subscription Metrics targets software and other subscription-based organisations. NetSuite said it provides a single view of financial and operational performance, with industry-standard SaaS metrics, visualisations and AI-driven insights. It also brings together customer, subscription and revenue history with forecasting, the company said.

NetSuite said NetSuite Next will be available in English for customers in the UAE within the next 12 months.
