Nintex unveils new AI features for business automation

Nintex has launched new generative AI and natural language processing features across its platform, designed to enhance business automation capabilities.

The updates to the Nintex Automation CE platform allow users to create workflows, forms, processes, and system integrations using straightforward prompts.

This advancement aims to simplify the deployment of automation solutions, particularly for mid-market organisations and departments within large enterprises, facilitating digital transformation efforts in a more efficient and economical manner.

The AI Process Generator is one of the key features, enabling the creation of new processes using generative AI within Nintex Process Manager, which assists users in drafting processes in a structured format.

The AI Forms Assistant is another tool, allowing users of varying technical expertise to create or modify forms through conversational interaction with Nintex Assistant, leveraging multiple cooperating agents to handle different aspects of form building.

Another tool, the AI Workflow Generator, helps craft workflows ranging from simple to complex using natural language prompts via Nintex Workflow.

It provides users with AI-driven guidance throughout the design and development phases. The AI Xtensions Generator offers functionality for crafting custom connectors between essential business systems and Nintex Workflow, promoting integration within the automation processes.

Additionally, Nintex disclosed the availability of Nintex DocGen for Salesforce with Agentforce, which facilitates Salesforce users in generating and handling documents through AI agents within the Salesforce environment, seamlessly linking these documents to records.
