DangleAds promotes Nidhi Dua Dhingra to Chief Business Officer
DangleAds has promoted Nidhi Dua Dhingra to Chief Business Officer as the digital advertising company expands internationally.
Dhingra will oversee business strategy, revenue growth, client acquisition and strategic partnerships across its markets. She will also play a central role in expanding the company's programmatic advertising and connected TV operations, as well as developing its in-house platforms and AI-led products.
Based in Gurgaon, DangleAds was founded in 2017 and operates in India, Singapore, the UAE, Germany and the Netherlands. Its products span programmatic advertising, rich media, dynamic creative optimisation and connected TV.
Internal promotion
The move elevates an executive with more than 14 years of industry experience who has been closely involved in DangleAds' commercial growth. Dhingra has helped lead campaign delivery, client relationships and business strategy during a period in which the company expanded its product range.
Her work has included the launch of three products that now sit at the centre of the company's offering: AudienceConnect for programmatic advertising, Infynix for rich media and DCO, and Spectra for connected TV advertising.
The promotion gives Dhingra broader responsibility at a time when advertising technology companies are competing for larger shares of brand budgets tied to automated media buying, streaming television inventory and data-led creative work. Those areas have become increasingly important as marketers seek more direct ways to measure campaign performance across channels.
Pulkit Narayan, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of DangleAds, outlined the company's view of the appointment.
"Nidhi's elevation to Chief Business Officer is one of the most organic and well-deserved decisions we've made. She has been at the centre of our growth journey, bringing together strategy, execution and leadership with remarkable consistency. Her ability to anticipate market shifts, build strong business foundations and lead teams with clarity makes her the ideal leader for this role. As we scale globally and double down on product innovation, I am confident she will play a defining role in shaping the next phase of DangleAds," said Narayan.
Growth focus
DangleAds is framing the leadership change as part of its next stage of expansion. It is focused on growing its presence in several international markets while building products for advertisers seeking automated and targeted campaigns across mobile, online video and television streaming environments.
Its pitch to advertisers centres on managing campaigns across multiple formats and using proprietary tools to support media buying and creative delivery. In a crowded ad-tech market, internal product development and control over software platforms can help firms differentiate themselves from larger global rivals and regional specialists.
Dhingra said the appointment comes at a time of rapid change in digital advertising.
"I am incredibly excited to step into this role at such a transformative time for the industry. The digital advertising landscape is evolving at an extraordinary pace - AI, programmatic intelligence, connected TV and data-driven creativity are reshaping how brands connect with their audiences. At DangleAds, we have built a strong foundation, and I look forward to leading our company through this frontier while positioning DangleAds as a trusted partner for brands navigating the future of digital advertising. The best is truly yet to come," said Dhingra.
The appointment highlights how mid-sized advertising technology firms are placing senior commercial leaders at the centre of their expansion plans as competition intensifies across programmatic and streaming-led ad markets. For DangleAds, it also signals a preference for promoting from within as it works to turn a regional base into a broader international business.
