Workday appoints Paul Henaghan as President of APJ

Workday today announced the appointment of Paul Henaghan to president of Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ). Based in Singapore, Paul will lead Workday’s APJ sales efforts, as the company continues to accelerate growth in key markets across the region and with more than 800 customers headquartered in APJ. Workday applications are now used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500. Paul brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in business development, sales analytics, sales field operations, partner ecosystems, and value engineering.

Workday’s former president of APJ, David Webster has made the decision to step down from his role and will serve in an advisory capacity until April when he will retire from Workday.

With over two decades of experience in the enterprise technology sector, Paul brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in business development, sales analytics, sales field operations, partner ecosystems, and value engineering. He joined Workday in 2020 to lead APJ field operations with his most recent role as vice president of field operations, international.
