TrueDialog unveils SMS app for Salesforce Marketing Cloud

TrueDialog has launched its SMS application for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, enabling integration within the Salesforce Cloud Ecosystem.

TrueDialog, a provider of SMS texting solutions, has announced the availability of its Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement application on the Salesforce AppExchange. This expands on their existing Salesforce Sales Cloud application, allowing seamless documentation of SMS activity across the Salesforce Cloud Ecosystem.

The integration allows companies to incorporate SMS steps into their personalised and targeted marketing journeys within the Salesforce environment. These journeys can include promotional campaigns, geo-targeted offers, triggered alerts, order confirmations, and account updates.

The SMS application by TrueDialog is fully native, meaning users can remain within their existing workflow inside Salesforce Marketing Cloud without needing to switch to other applications to incorporate SMS steps into their marketing journeys. Additionally, TrueDialog offers users flexibility between short and long texting codes, features an automated 10DLC registration for long codes, and includes the TrueDelivery tool, a unique SMS deliverability scoring system.
