Reltio & ZoomInfo integrate to boost sales insights

Reltio has announced an integration with ZoomInfo designed to enhance customer data, boosting the effectiveness of sales and marketing teams.

The integration, known as Reltio Enrichment with ZoomInfo, seeks to combine Reltio's data unification platform with ZoomInfo's B2B database. This collaboration will provide sales and marketing teams with comprehensive, real-time insights about their customers, thereby enhancing campaign effectiveness.

Reltio's initiative addresses the need for a detailed, 360-degree view of customer and prospect data to drive revenue growth. The integration aims to help companies make informed sales and marketing decisions using the most current data available.

Manish Sood, the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Reltio, stated, "By integrating Reltio's cloud-native, data-unification platform with ZoomInfo's comprehensive company and contact data, we're equipping sales and marketing teams with high-quality, real-time insights. Sood further elaborated on the success Reltio experienced using ZoomInfo for its account-based experience transformation. "We leveraged ZoomInfo to enrich our prospect data in our own award-winning, account-based experience transformation at Reltio. We began closing deals 31 days faster on average, demonstrating the power of this integration in driving business outcomes and generating revenue," he added.

Reltio Enrichment with ZoomInfo provides several features including customer data governance, which allows users to discover matching records from ZoomInfo and automatically merge them with customer profiles. Enriched profiles ensure that customer and prospect data remain valid and up-to-date through various frequencies like real-time web services, batch, or on-demand.

The integration also automatically constructs ZoomInfo's parent/child company hierarchies during the enrichment process, enabling users to view customers within their corporate structures. Up-to-date contact data is maintained, assisting B2B businesses with comprehensive contact information such as job titles, roles, email addresses, and phone numbers.

Additionally, AI-driven innovation through Reltio Data Cloud is a key component of the integration. It leverages GenAI and large language models for data unification, providing a conversational assistant powered by GenAI and uses machine learning models for entity resolution with semantic understanding.

Reltio's Multidomain MDM and Customer 360 can be preconfigured for ZoomInfo organization and contact enrichment. This preconfiguration means that users do not need to define their base data model, matching algorithm, or integration APIs, as they are provided out of the box. For additional customization, a low-code/no-code editor is also available.
